HOLDING DEPOSITS
(applicable for New clients, Repeat customers, Project sessions invitations, Giveaway winners, Gift Certificate holders)
A $100 holding deposit will be required to secure and hold your appointments. This holding deposit ensures your commitment to the scheduled appointments.
The holding deposit will be refunded at the portrait/ images viewing appointment, provided that you have completed both your photo shoot and purchasing appointment at the scheduled time and date.
Gift Certificates and promotional vouchers entitle the holder to a single appointment only. Once made, an appointment can not be rescheduled and the Gift Certificate is deemed to have been used in full at that original appointment time and date.
*NOTE: In exceptional circumstances, management may, at their sole discretion depending on the studio availability, reschedule an appointment and carry forward the Gift Certificate and holding fee/deposit.

SESSION EXPERIENCE
The $250 session experience includes:
• Planning consultation to discuss your session hopes and dreams
• Family experience that will leave the whole family feeling reconnected
• Images viewing & Artwork ordering appointment
Session fee does not include digital files or print products.

WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS
To schedule a Weekend Appointment a $100 non-refundable deposit fee is required.
The $100 Weekend fee is a non-refundable credit which will be applied towards the purchase.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
$100 deposit is required to secure the date and time of the session experience. This policy is to ensure that we are booking committed clients. The deposit is fully refundable at the images viewing appointment.
Gift Certificates must be redeemed by the holder prior to the expiration date, provided the holder has not redeemed a Gift Certificate/Promotional Voucher/Competition Prize with Bellizzi Studios in the last 12 months (date calculated from the previous session date).
Gift Certificates are limited to one certificate per household. Only one gifted experience voucher or prize may be used per family per year.
Gift Certificates cannot be combined and cannot be used in conjunction with any other gift card/certificate, credit, special offer or project session.
Gift Certificates are for studio family portraiture (up to 6 people) and can not be used for commercial photography or extended family photo shoots.
Gifted Bellizzi Experience vouchers and prizes are valid for 14 days from receiving them (session date booking is made within 14 days and if not claimed it will be considered that the winner no longer has an interest in redeeming the prize).

RESCHEDULE POLICY
We are a very high-in-demand professional studio and limit the number of appointments that we accept based on our capacity to create stunning pieces of art for our clients.
Our staff and artists reserve exclusive studio time to provide you with our very best, personalised one-on-one service, which is why we charge a $100 session reservation fee.

This policy is to ensure that we are booking committed clients. The fee is fully refundable as long as you show for your appointment or you could apply it towards artwork.
The only time your booking fee would be forfeited is if you cancel your session, cancelling an appointment with less than 7 days notice will result in forfeiture of your $100 reservation fee.
The booking fee is not refundable for permanently cancelled appointments.

We understand that life does not always go to plan which may result in the need to reschedule your appointment. In the event of this happening, we respectfully ask for 7 days notice. Additional reschedules would require a new holding deposit to be paid.
This is because we cannot refill session appointments at the last minute.

Please be aware that you will forfeit your $100 holding deposit if you:
– Reschedule more than once.
– Don’t provide 7 days notice.
– Don’t turn up to a scheduled session.
– Cancel your original session.

NO SHOW POLICY:
Non-attendance (no show) at an appointment without notice, will result in the forfeiture of the holding/deposit fee. The Gift Certificate or Promotional Voucher is then deemed to have been used in full.

WHOLE FAMILY POLICY
For sessions involving minors (children under 18 years of age), parents or legal guardians must be present throughout the session.
Bellizzi Studios reserves the right to refuse service if parents or legal guardians do not attend the photography session.

EXTENDED FAMILY POLICY:
Extended family’s are deemed to be groups larger than 6.
Different prices apply so please contact the studio for a current quote. Extended family bookings are taken at the discretion of the photographer and require an in studio consultation to make a booking. Promotional vouchers are not available for extended family shoots.

DELIVERY TIMES
Due to the bespoke nature of our products delivery times vary based on the product type; below are our estimated delivery times.
Fine Art, Framed portraits & French Cotton: 6-8 weeks
Albums and Storybooks: 8-10 weeks
Please note during the Christmas and Holiday seasons products may take longer as most suppliers close over the holiday season.
If there are any delays during the production we will inform the client of the new estimated delivery time.

FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM COMPETITION:
By entering our social media competition, the entrant acknowledges that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with, Facebook in any way.

Entry is open only to persons 18 years and over and have not won a competition, prize or promotional item with Bellizzi Studios in the last 12 months.
To enter, completed original entry coupons must be received at the studio by the end of the promotion date. Late entries will not be accepted. Entry coupons not properly completed will be rejected. Contestants may enter as many times as they like provided original coupons are received prior to the closing date. Copies will not be accepted. Prize winners will be notified by mail, email or phone. Prizes are for domestic portraiture and can not be used for commercial photography. Prizes are non-transferable, not exchangeable or redeemable in whole or in part for any cash equivalent. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. The decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

REFUNDS:
At Bellizzi Studios, we take great pride in creating each image as a bespoke order, uniquely tailored to your specifications. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, our services are subject to a no cooling-off period and a strict no-refund policy.
However, we recognise the importance of client satisfaction.
To this end, we offer a 24-hour amendment window.
An amendment allows you to modify your order by selecting alternative products of equal or greater value than your original purchase.
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you may contact us in writing to request an amendment.
For amendments within this 24-hour period, please reach out to us at studio@bellizzistudios.com.au
Once this period has passed, no further changes can be made to your order.
If you are not fully satisfied with your portraits, please refer to our policy on your signed agreement/order form.
