Bellizzi Studios Session Cancellation Policy
We are a very high-in-demand professional studio and limit the number of appointments that we accept based on our capacity to create stunning pieces of art for our clients.
Our staff and artists reserve exclusive studio time to provide you with our very best, personalised one-on-one service, which is why we charge a $100 session reservation fee.
This policy is to ensure that we are booking committed clients. The fee is fully refundable as long as you show for your appointment or you could apply it towards artwork.
The only time your booking fee would be forfeited is if you cancel your session, cancelling an appointment with less than 7 day notice will result in forfeiture of your $100 reservation fee.
The booking fee is not refundable for permanently cancelled appointments.
We understand that life does not always go to plan which may result in the need to reschedule your appointment. In the event of this happening, we respectfully ask for 7 days notice. Additional reschedules would require a new holding deposit to be paid.
This is because we cannot refill session appointments at the last minute.
Please be aware that you will forfeit your $100 holding deposit if you:
– Reschedule more than once.
– Don’t provide 7 days notice.
– Don’t turn up to a scheduled session.
– Cancel your original session.
