Session fee does not include digital files or print products.

We are not a digital studio, we do not sell disks of images. We take great pride in giving great service followed by offering premium, museum-quality artwork and heirloom albums. A digital photograph is complimentary when you choose to purchase our products.

When you come to the studio, you will see a variety of artwork options for you to choose from, including Fine Art Portraits, Classic Framed Portraits, French Cotton Canvases, and some amazing off the wall portraits options, including Heirloom Albums and Storybooks.

When to book?
We photograph families with kids of all ages, but we are usually booked out 3-4 months in advance, most clients book in the 2nd trimester of their pregnancy, so our calendar fills up quickly!

Why do I have to pay a holding deposit?
We are a very high-in-demand professional studio and just like the best fine-dining restaurant, we limit the number of appointments that we accept based on our capacity to create stunning pieces of art for our clients.

Our staff and artists reserve exclusive studio time to provide you with our very best, personalised one-on-one service, which is why we charge a $100 session reservation fee to assure that we are booking committed clients.

The holding deposit is fully refundable as long as you attend your appointment.

Is there any additional cost to me?
No! Most our clients do find they fall in love with our work and wish to purchase more. If you do decide that you love the wall art you see at our studio and you’d like to invest in our work, we can apply your reservation deposit towards your order, however there is absolutely no obligation to do so.

What happens after I book?
If you are pregnant, we book your due date in our calendar (it does not matter if a bub arrives early, or takes their sweet time to be born).

Once you book your session date, we will send you the confirmation email with the directions to the studio, parking instructions and some helpful tips on how to prepare for your session.

Are you vaccinated?
Yes, both the photographer and studio administrator are fully vaccinated (both COVID-19 and whooping cough vaccines).

What to bring?
We have a professional space and provide everything you could possibly need for your baby!

What to wear?
White/grey/black, neutrals or soft pastels. Did we mention we have all sizes of t-shirts for dads and lace dresses / white tops for mums as well? One less thing for you to worry about!

What do I need to dress my baby in?
Simple bodysuit, jumpsuit or onesie. We provide all outfits and wraps for the baby.

My partner works during the week…
Most families do not need to take the full day off. We offer morning sessions so your partner could head straight to work afterwards, we also offer late afternoon sessions. We are very well experienced in photographing babies and kids so most sessions last around 1 hour.
